A clown was invited to a palace
and it has been over a decade now.
It smartly hid from view it's vicious face -
promised betterment, as it took a vow.
Mischievous was the smile, actions coy -
from voting hands, axe fell on their feet.
It was too late to know the dark ploy -
the unmasked clown did glaringly greet.
The bright palace pillars lost its sheen -
The chandelier of education made its fall.
Wise and ignorant divided by a line thin -
while some petty, tiny beings stood over all.
